ll International air travellers are required to hold a valid passport and vaccination card. Please note that evidence of yellow fever vaccination will be requested upon arrival at the airport.

The conference will be organised to a high level at one of Mali’s best hotels, with experince hosting international events. There will be a correspondingly high level of security around the venue to make the event as safe as possible for organisers and partcipants.
Non-sponsored participants are strongly encouraged to book accommodation at the Hotel Laïco Amitié in order to facilitate logistical arrangements.

The specially negotiated conference tariff is 65 000 FCFA or 100 EUR per night.
Lunch and tea/coffee breaks will be provided for all participants of the WCPC from 8 – 9 November 2018.
Sponsored participants are provided with a daily subsistence allowance (DSA) for the duration of their stay. Please note that relevant deductions will be applied for the accommodation and meals provided during the event. Details will be communicated directly to the delegates.
One lower budget alternative is suggested. A single room costs 53 100 FCFA (approx. 81 EUR).
